Must declare on application if they will collect points in Cup, Nationwide or Truck & only one
they can run in all thee if they wish but will only get points for the series they pick

More new changes to Qualifying & points system & for the last 2 spots in the chase may be an exciting season but Nascar could always mess it up like they have in the past
