AT&T sues Nascar

Came across this and thought it was crazy. Cingular is merged with AT&T as I'm sure you all well know. They are wanting to change Jeff Burton's Cingular car to an AT&T car. Don't know what the problem is, but I'm sure the change will come soon enough.

Burton finished second, and AT&T files next day "asking that it's logo be added IMMEDIATELY!" Can't help but laugh. Every time the race showed Burton, they had an AT&T banner running across the whole car anyway. It makes you think a little bit as well. If Cingular is, in fact, AT&T...what would it matter?

It's all about perception. They want the folks to "see" AT&T on the car. A little much I think.
