County quotas for antlerless tags apply. Must have purchased any deer for this season to obtain antlerless tags for this season. Residents only.
Iowa late Muzzleloader Dec. 17 - Jan. 10, 2013 County quotas applies for antlerless tags. Must purchase 1 any deer tag for the early or late season to obtain antlerless tags for this season. No party hunting.
If you choose to go in shotgun season 1 or 2 you can't go in muzzleloader season for that year.
However if you own a bow you can hunt the rut all of it with no pressure from gunners at all during it.
I get a any deer tag for bow early split. Antlerless for late bow then a any deer tag for late muzzleloader & a few antlerless for late muzzy also. If I have room in the freezer that is!
