Default Problem with New Triumph

I just received my brand new TC Triumph BC with Omega scope. I had the scope mounted and went out to the range. I shot a total of 11 shots, the last three hiting the bulls eye at 100 yrs. Just for kicks I shot once at a bell at 200 yrds and hit it. This is all great. But, as I was cleaning my Trimph preparing to leave, I noticed some play between the forarm and stock. Next, I noticed that the trigger guard release to break open the gun was really weak. It almost opens by itself. All was very tight before I started. I can't contact TC until Monday.
Has anyone heard of this sort of problem? Any feedback will be appreciated!

I have a TC Triumph but haven't had any of those problems. Hopefully TC addresses the problems quickly.
