I'd choose the Impact over the Omega, You'll be much happier with the Break open action on the Impact when it's time to clean the weapon.

I don't understand this? I've had an Accura V2, two Optimas, and a Vortek UL. All break open actions.

I find my Omega easier to clean.

You should read about disassembling the Impact. Hardly easy to clean.

There's more to cleaning a gun than running a patch down the bore.

I have not stayed up to speed on the latest models. Muley, I agree, nothing is easy to clean if it's done right.

I agree also but I think the break open offers a slight advantage especially in the field.

Default Take The Omega

I'd spend the extra for the Omega. I agree with one of the other posts in that it takes me less time to clean my Omega Z5 than my CVA Wolf. Neither is hard to clean, the TC is just easier.
