Dad took his CVA Apex out on the range yesterday. Shooting his normal load of 100gr " 71 grain weighed charges"Blackhorn209, CCI 209M primers,295gr Hollow Point Powerbelt @ 100 yards. It was 70* yesterday and so we had to put the guns in the shade for a few minutes in order for the barrels to cool down properly.

Either i wont be taking him shooting with me anymore or i will loosen up his scope mounts to give me a slight edge :boxing:

Well i stretched my shooting range out today to 153 yards so this will make things more interesting LOL.

i was getting bored shooting at 100 yards so now, i get to test my loads at longer range.
