Default Shockwave bullets for T/C Omega

I have a T/C/ Omega .50 cal and have the hardest time loading 250 grain T/C Shockwave bullets. I switched to the new T/C Shockwave spire point bullets because they were suppose to load better, but they dont. I shoot 2-50 grain pellets of Pyrodex and get great accuracy with this combo. I was thinking of trying other bullets but don't want to spend a bunch of money if I won't get the accuracy that I do with the Shockwave bullets. Any suggestions?

Are they hard to load after you've taken a shot or with a clean barrel? If its after don't worry its normal with pellets. You have to clean a lot. There is a new powder out called Blackhorn 209 that is supposed to be so clean that you can shoot a long time between swabs. If its with a clean barrel you might want to look into Harvester Crush Rib Sabots. Its kinda what the name implies. The sabot has little ribs on that let the sabot shrink to fit the barrel your using. I've never used them but sabot aren't very expensive any way and you can put them on your Shockwaves. If this dont work try working out.

KTL - The black sabot 250gr Shockwaves are difficult to load. I assume this is what you are shooting. I converted to the yellow sabots which are the super glides. They are much easier to load. On the range I always clean between shots but I imagine you would be able to stuff down a second shot without too much resistance if you did not clean between shots. If you are shooting for accuracy you must clean between each shot.

Thanks for the imput guys. I always clean between shots and still have difficulty with the super glides Rozman. I have never heard of Lightfields for muzzies (shotgun only) or Harvester Crush Rib Sabots but will try to find them.
Thanks again.
