if i were u i would set up about an hour before daylight right next to your river, pond, etc. and there youll get a deer.

Deer usually feed more at night try setting up in the river bottom. Is there big crossing signs there?

Unless you're really scent free I would be concerned with wind direction and set up accordingly. Going down into a low area will hold your scent in there also. Maybe a side hill location over looking trails would be better. Don't forget the mid day this can be a great time to harvest. Good Luck. I'll be in PA right after Christmas with my trusty flintlock and real black powder!
