Any one hunt the tampa bay area?
 

Moved into the area and have been looking at the wma's. Was wondering if any one had any suggestions as to which ones are worth the time. Most of them are at least an hour north of me. it is not that far of a drive to check them out myself but diesel is expensive and that terrible four letter word is always taken up most of my time. Looking to do some bow hunting for deer and hogs. also i am new to the site and want to say hello.

upper hillbourgh is about the closest to you.

Upper Hillsborough is pretty close. Myakka State Small game forest is not bad. There are a few places within an hour to an hour and a half away. Have hunted most of them. Check out Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and all the management areas are on there.
