New hunter from southest Texas

Hey guys, I'm James. I hunt in southeast Texas. Been hunting for 5 years, so I'm still learning. Trying to learn how to get the deer coming to my properties. Both properties are small (less than 20 acres) and surrounded by national forest. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey James and welcome to the DHC buddy!!!!! Most people get a food plot or feeders to get the deer coming in regularly. Just check your local guidelines/regulations. Good Luck.

Greetings from Vermont, Welcome to the Club.
Food plots work great to bring deer into your area but probably wouldn't hurt to plant some apple trees too,
there's just something magical about an apples ability to keep the deer coming back year after year..
Good Luck

Hello and welcome from Ohio. Small plots can be very productive if in the right area. If you have deer tracks then you know they travel through it. Setting up a feeder may be your short term draw magnet. If possible, planting some type of food plot would serve you for the long haul.
