I read the article twice Hunt and I get what it says, but I HIGHLY DOUBT that what it says is how it's gonna be. But evidently the govenor of Louisiana believes it, he has already refused to implement O-care in his state!!

Huntnh, I read the article you posted and here's what I will say about it. The article is Right wing politics 100% in fact and, in true Conservative fashion this is an Excellent article, it says everything that I would expect it to say knowing the source of which it was written but the bottom line is very simple, Justice Roberts voted in Favor of the "law" instead of voting it out like he "Ethically" and by "Lawful definiton" should have and here's why he should have voted it Down.

#1. the law was presented to the Supreme court with a "Commerce Clause Penalty" on individuals, not a "failure to comply Tax" on individuals as it was passed.
Why should Justice Roberts rewrite the Law for Obama? He should have voted on what was presented to be done with it,
He should not have put forth so much effort to make it a Law that could pass.
I think history will prove that Justice Roberts made a huge mistake on this one and I hope everyone at some point understands that what Justice Roberts did was a Gross injustice to the people of America.

ya, im still not sure how much of the artical i believe. just posted it as a "devils advocate" type thing. maybe its true, and a good thing. but still anything coming out of DC needs to be examined under a microscope.

I think we would all agree that healthcare is a huge mess but obamacare sure isnt the answer.
