Oh well, since we are at it, I may as well tell you guys about the other "good one" I did a few years back. Bow huntin' in my climber, late morning decided to quit, stood up, turned around undid the straps, etc., ready for descent, started down, my second move down I hear "smack!!!" Looked down, there's my bow on the ground, I have one of those little "tuning fork" shaped bow holders mounted to my platform, totally forgot to take my bow out and lower it down with my pull rope. Had to take it to Gander Mountain and pay one of their bow techs to realign the whole thing. That's it for me tellin', if I remember any more stupid stuff I've done, I think I'll hang on to it!! |
