Exclamation Neoprene Chest Waders

We've (me and my dad) have been looking for some good, long lasting rubber chest waders. However, all we find most of the time are the neoprene material chest waders (For those who don't know what they are, its the chest waders that are a soft foamy like material.) Has anyone on these forums tried these/own these? Do they tear easily? Because we are in not extrememly deep water for duck hunting, but it has lots of twigs and god knows what under the water... so there is always something that could be wanting to tear through the waders.

Anyways let me know what you think of them!

Daniel

Dont know if this will help but when I used to scuba dive there was a neoprene suit called sharkskin (don't know who made it) but it was pretty tough on the outside to resist tears from coral etc.
I don't hunt ducks, but if I did I might consider getting just the bottom half of the suit and adding a pair of hard soled booties.
The only drawback might be that a wetsuit can get really hot if you are not in the water.
