That's definitely one for the books! If I hadn't seen it for myself, I wouldn't have believed it either.

Since she never gave birth that means there are no gay deer out there!!! woo hoo..

I know she, it whatever was technically a female but it also means no bucks were attracted to her since she looked like a buck.. Mother nature knows right from wrong!

Yeah I know I should be in bed..

For some reason, there seems to be an inordinate amount of antlered does killed in IL. I recall seeing one some years ago from there that made P&Y and in 2000, I killed a six point doe. I wish mightlily I had her mounted. Don't know why I didn't. I do have the rack somewhere.

Some years before that, on a wildlife management area-WMA, here in TN, I killed what I thought was a doe. It turned out to have both male and female sex organs in perfect condition. When I noticed this, I immediately called it to the attention of the biologist at the check station and donated her/him to the TWRA for research purposes. I would have loved to have done a necropsy on her/him to see what the internal organs looked like.
