A little tip on field dressing a deer.To prevent urine from soaking into the meat,the first thing I do after carefully opening the abdomen is press down slowly on the bladder area.This causes the deer to urinate.Sometimes the bladder is empty and you won't get much.As far as the pellets in the intestine,just wash them out.

I think the deer will be fine.. I have done it as well and just wash it off with a water hose like everyone else on here..

Easy on the "Injun" comment. Im sure you meant nothing by it but TG is one big American with a lot of Indian in his blood that I would not want to tick off.
