I don't have any pics to share, but we have a fair number of coydogs around here and I would wager thats what you caught on your trail cam, just my opinion

a guy in S.Wisconsin shot what he thought was a coyote. he was later cited for shooting a timber wolf. the dnr was extremely leniant in the matter because there were not supposed to be any wolves in the area and the animal didnt look as much like a wolf as it should.
