They actually tried to introduce something like that here in Texas. You know, "remote" controlled rifles with someone sitting at a computer moving the rifle, using the scope mounted on it, then pulling the "trigger". But the courts called it unethical and shut the whole thing down -- and (for once) made a good decision in my opinion.
Since the rifle was remote control, who's to say exactly what was in the rifle scope when the trigger was pulled. Then who is really at fault, the one at the computer or the one that set up the whole thing to begin with. Guess that's the logic that the courts used anyway.
