Got all the camo down from the attic to start washing it. Bow is now sighted in with 20,30,40 yd pins. Starting to get things ready for PA rut hunt in early Nov. It's been a very long hectic year at work and took longer to get the hunting bug back. Found out that son's schedule may not allow him to join us in PA, that's a bummer for me. Just running at the keyboard now, can't sleep the older I get

Your ahead of me HM.. Still havent slowed down from working yet.. A hot few days in TN right now. 88 to 90 degrees.. That weather also slows the hunting bug..

hm my buddy hunts in gettysburg he took a 3.5 10pt last wednesday and it was pushing a doe already.it was the coldest it had ever been down there that early i guess they got turned on.

Really early for rutting activity, we had some pretty cold stuff here last week and now set a record high at 87*. I hope things turn really cooler in 3 weeks!

We had the same weather here 2 weekends ago it got down in the low 40s with a stiff north wind ,,, I wish i had my coat instead of just a long sleeve shirt..
last weekend and today in the 90s but its going to start cooling off
i never have any trouble falling a sleep 8:30 I'm out

I'm a 2-4 hour sleeper, sometimes none for a couple of days then sleep 6 hrs. All stress. However, in deer camp it's nothing for me to get in 8 hrs of quality sleep.

That stress thing is not good HM. Don't become self employed if you think it makes things easier. It's hard to de-stress. I've had trouble getting fired up also. Been a stressful year as a whole.
