Sounds like a real winner you got there. I think you are on the right path as to how you will deal with it. Nothing wrong with a little venting here either.

The Vermont Rules and Regulations says the following...

":Interfering with Hunters, Fishermen and Trappers:
It is illegal to intentionally interfere with someone who is lawfully
taking fish or wild animals, or to disrupt the taking of any fish
or wild animal by harassing or disturbing the fish or animal."

It's a great law.

Good Luck

bad neighbors can ruin owning a piece of property.ive had people ask to hunt mine politely told them no,then listen to the song@dance they hunted it for years to which i say then you should have bought it.i had one guy tell me im only here w.ends implying he knows when im there.told him do what you want but dont let me catch you, then a couple of friendly waves with the ar on my back and problem solved.the biggest mistake people make is not dealing with it when it first starts.deal with him directly no b.s. people are ignorant,i worked long and hard for my family and friends to have a place to hunt i dam sure aint gonna let some idiot ruin it.

Same here in Illinois, it is a crime to do so.
