Default Hello from the Beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota

My boyfriend (life partner) and I are avid hunters who seem to get into more different types of hunting every couple of years or so. We started out deer hunting 6 years ago when we moved to SD from WI, but did not get an opportunity to shoot anything. 4 years ago, we started hunting turkey and pronghorn and 2 years ago we started using muzzleloaders. He jokes about how he would like to stay in the house more but that I keep getting interested in more hunting opportunities. We shoot Lee-Enfield British .303's, mine is a sporterized model and his is a full military MK4-1 dated 1944. We reload our own cartridges with different grain bullets for different game and they work great. I process all the game we shoot myself, I can venison, make sausage, brats, burger and have smoked some of the turkeys we have shot. I am glad to be part of this forum.
