Yeah I read many of the articles about the issue, Scent Lok maketed a product knowing full well it didn't perform as advertised
but, the part that gets me are the ones who paid the high dollars for those products are still supporting scent lok.

i'll still use scent lock or blocker. everyone with half a brain knows it doesn't eliminate odor, but does it help? i think so and if it can give me that 5 yards or couple more seconds i'm going to use it. call me crazy

I don't own any scent blocker products. Rarely do I ever get busted.

how do you know? can you see 200 yards down wind? i've had deer come in from down wind, had them walk 360 around me looking for the buck grunt, had them walk by my close enough to touch. so i know what i'm doing is working and if that includes scent lok and blocker along with silver thread metalist, i'm going to keep using it. now i can't tell you how many did bust me from down wind that i never heard or saw but i do know i fooled some of them.

never said you didn't know you are doing! I just don't own scent blocker products. I don't think they are needed. However, to each their own on what you wear. I haven't had a deer blow at me down wind in many years and every year I have deer walking right under my stand. I think that's good enough!

i didn't take it that way hm. just how do we know what we don't know? its the same with calls or attractant scents how many times did it work but we didn't catch it? so how many deer caught our scent from 200 yards down wind a change their direction. at distace they may not blow especially if they get a good wiff and know what it is. old bucks aren't likely to blow in any case.
