late arrival

Yes, I have been in that positation. When I arrive late I just go on in and get in the stand and enjoy the sceenery and wait for the deer as deer move all day long. I rather get in early but work with what you have. Have confidence that you will see a deer and during the day at any time you have that chance..... if your there only.

Just to let you know just as some of these other fellow hunters have also. About 3 years ago I got up late & as of now that 1 buck is still the best buck i have ever killed. So, I think you should have just went on in to your stand & waited for that big one.
