Im not saying they should outlaw or stop it... But EAB was designed to reduce the population through killing the does that have fawns. When 40% of the antlerless kill is bucks, it defeats the purpose. far to many people who would not shoot imature bucks normally are shooting button bucks on purpose just to earn the all mighty buck tag. Shooting a buck to earn a buck tag is not very good for management.
