go to www.photobucket, its free,make you an account, then youll upload pics there and take the code with IMG in it and paste it, it will post your pics in the forum here.

If you want to put it in the gallery you can just hit "upload photos" from the gallery page. Browse your pc, click on the pic you want. Fill out desired info and pic placement and WHAMMO it should be done.

In the gallery the pic size has to be smaller than 500 kb. You may need to make your pic smaller using your pc software.
