I hate to see this..... Couldn't quite tell what took this one down, but my farm deer population was scarse yesterday. All I saw were little does in the tree grove, and not one of them a shooter doe that would have been mature enough. But here we got a problem as this was #1 of 3 does found. http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t...r/000_0001.jpg Here is some scat that is obviously K9 type wether it be wolf or coyotes as we got them both in this area. http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t...r/000_0002.jpg So I went to a stand of trees that should have held some deer, but I could only find old sign in this area. http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t...r/000_0003.jpg I think I'm going to wait to come back to the farm. |
had that problem with coyotes last year . bummer.Anywhere else to hunt? |
Yes, I do have another place to hunt for does here in our valley area. I also have some other areas that I can head off to for my buck tag. |
Looks like coyote poop. Around here the pack never leaves any leftovers though, just a head and legs. |

I have coyotees all over my lease in S.E. Ohio and have never seen anything that looks like that. Looks like whatever killed it had it by the wind pipe. I'm thinking mountain lion. |
Man I keep getting a coyote on my Trail Cam :( stupid things #Jacob:ranting: |
