Default land conservation

i am studying environmental sciences and conservation. As i learn more, i see how the land is shirinking by the acres. It personaly hasnt affected my hunting where i am from, but was curious if anyone else's hunting experiences has been affected my urbanization/ industrialization/ etc...I ask because i have to write a paper regarding this your input, or frankly, vent your frustration
If its brown, its down.
If it flies, it dies

a few years ago my hunting spot was totaly ruined by land deveolpment. a whole stretch of about 3 miles of land on each side of the highway leading all the way up to a lake and a bridge. each side of that highway was public hunting land until some body who does not enjoy the sport of hunting thought it would look better with lakefront houses. those "edit" ought to be castarated.

though i have my own land now i still despise land developers......

work to live
live to hunt...

I live in northeastern Pennsylvania, which as the crow flies, isn't that far from New York City area. And growing up, I can remember driving the roads, and seeing nothing but cornfield after hayfield. Well I would say in the past 15 or so years, there has been developement after developement put up. I lost about 100 acres that my family has hunted for years. I have nothing against New York, but those developers need to find a new profession. I look every year for new ground. And every year I come up with about the same as I had the last. I hunt 80 acres exclusively, and I can feel the walls closing in on that.
