Evander

The deer I have been hunting for the last 4 years was shot yesterday morning 300 yards from my stand which I decided not to hunt out of as I haven't seen anything near it all season So my horrible luck continues & may just call it a season & finish buttoning the house & yard for winter

That's bad luck. Nothing substitutes for time in the stands or on the ground. Gotta be out there.

man, bad luck there. Kinda takes the air out. Hopefully, you locate another buck worthy of the chase.

Ouch.... Man that hurts! I know the feeling though. Don't give up, keep working hard and another big boy will come along.

Tough one! The biggest buck we'd seen all pre-season was killed in our area opening morning. But, you never know.... I kept on keeping on and another good'un finally came along. That's why we call it hunting.
