Organic matter.

I have a question about scent. last year I forgot my scent eliminator so I periodically brushed my hands, face, boots, and other with the material just below the top of the leaf litter. The Oder was very strong and smelled like fresh scrape without the pee. Has or does anyone do this? Its a pretty strong smell of earth.

I do it all the time. I use pine needles and branches and aquish them all up anf rub them all over my clothes. It smells pretty good too. I also will lay on the ground and rub my back into the dirt after I rake it all up with my boots. I do that when I get off the 4 wheeler in case exhaust fumes get on me.

It's more like a squirmy worm dance or a like a dog rolls around on the ground.

It worked for the original Natives, who never had a Cabela's to buy deer scent at.

Now that sounds like something I'd try once or twice

I remember doing a back flip out of a tree one time, well I was on my way up, this being before ladders were made.
