Talking City guy about to be the hunter

Hey everyone, I gather you will be seeing more and more of me.

Here is a bit info of my life..but ill keep it short.

I was raised without a dad, so I never hunted but I took interest in Target shooting...did that...went to college..met my wife..who is a hunter.

Just went on a hunting trip a week ago (6 days in 30d weather) but it was fun though my wife scored a 4 pointer, almost got another 4 pointer but she missed it..the deer was about 200 yards away she forgot to adjust for the distance and shot the fur off at front of the stomic..so close yet so far (the deer ran off unharmed)

Now I got bundles of questions for you and gather pointers and tricks. And maybe just maybe the 27 year old man will finally get his first deer
