Have rain changing to snow by morning here in NW Ohio. Ground is frozen so no where for the rain to go. So far this winter is very much like last one here, mild.

Yea we started off at 55 now in the 30s with 25+ mph winds.

We have snow changing to rain changing to snow changing to rain.... It's hovering right at that temp where it can't make up it's mind. Rains over the last several weeks have washed a lot of snow away, but as above our ground is frozen deep so the 3water just pools on top. Yee ha!

we are supposed to get dumped on here in Northern MO this wed night and thurs. I've heard talk from 3" all the way to 18". we shall see!
