Hog number 8 yesterday afternoon!

This bore came in the back of the field at about 5:20. I shot him in the head while he was walking towards the feeder. Dropped him at about 100 yards from the stand with my new Savage Axis 30-06.
He was about 160-180lbs

I'm in Florida for the winter.I read the rules for hunting here and saw that you don't need a license to hunt hogs on private land.My son-in-law has started taking the grandsons to the local gun range with .22's.We are thinking that hogs would be a possibility for a first hunt when they move to heavier calibers.We need to make some contacts with landowners here.
