Default Tennessee and Guns

The TN house passed the clean senate version of Bill #0962 today which allows permit holders to carry in places that sell on premises consumption of alcohol with out a time curfew or age restriction. It does not allow a person with a CC permit to drink, which is good, but at least you can now go out to eat and not have to leave your weapon in the car. Just good common sense in my book.

The Gov may veto but all that is needed to override his veto is a simple majority and that should be no problem. My bet is the Gov lets it become law with out signing it for 10 days.
