Food Plot Question-Need help

I have some property that I would like to put a food plot on but need advice on what to plant. My property is all woods and the plot would get minimal sunshine. What could I plant that requires little sunshine?

you're going to have trouble finding anything that will grow under the conditions you have. You might consider a feeder instead of trying to grow a plot.

turnips will grow in t he woods. im doing in right now. what i would suggest is cutting as many smaller trees as you can down. every little bit of light helps a lot. if you have a logging road, even better. also, rye grass will grow almost anywhere. its of minimal nutritional value but if you put it along the deer's travel route, they will browse their way along. brassica plants do ok with little sun, just remember to seed heavy because there's more of a chance of seeds not reaching maturity.

So far nothing will grow in PA woods. I've tried everything available but have zero success trying to grow stuff in a wood enviroment.

Thanks for the replys. I was told that winter wheat would grow in little sunshine conditions and deer love it. Has anyone tried winter wheat in woods??

I have spread it around in the woods and it did grow some.
With some fertilizer it may have done better
All you need to do is get the seed out on the ground , as the leaves start to fall they will cover it and rain will sprout it
