does cmere deer really work?

ive heard good things but have not seen a deer touch mine.
any suggestions?

Never used it but the only things that I know are from the TV ads. And of course they all say it is the best.

In my area of SW Pennsylvania, it is far from worth the money. Personally, I dont know a single person that will be buying it again. I tried it myself and they nudged it a tad but werent very interested. Off the top of my head out of all my hunting buddies one person has good results with it on whitetail around here. I have read that for blacktails it works rather well but that is of no importance to me personally. I have my best luck with Evolved Habitats Stump Licker. From about day 2 until day 60 one full bottle will have deer digging daily. I have had 5 foot long limbs 4 inches in diameter pawed/drug 30 away from where i first poured Stump Licker on them. I have also had great lug with the Deer Cane gels and black magic powder. Just not as good as stump licker. Deer Cane is more of a mineral lick than a "sweet treat" like SL is for hunting season.

For a 2 day hunting "bait" I actually make my own little deal. One gallon apple juice, about 4 cups salt, and one jar molasses all simmered on the stove until it is all disolved and warm. I carry this into the woods still warm in 2 one gallon milk jugs and pour around a stump. I see deer every time I use this walk straight to it and dig/lick around for a while. Just an idea.

It's considered Baiting here in Vermont so it's illegal to use, I still for the life of me can't figure out why they sell it in the stores here.

I have used cmere deer for 2 seasons now and have had no luck at all,I have pics of deer sniffing it but not digging at it as The label tells maybe its something I am doing wrong

ive used the deer cane and the stump lickers but never really had any success w. the stump lickers. but i am gona try the apple juice, salt and molasses idea. thanks!

It sure works for Hank Parker. But does it really? or can ole Hank be bought. I wouldnt endorse a product I didnt believe in no matter how much they paid me. Personally I havent used it but like the homemade recipe listed earlier. Sounds tasty.

Baiting in PA isn't legal during hunting season. I believe you have to stop 30 days proir to opening of archery or something like that.

For some reason I dont think the people who use cmedeer and deer cain actually stop 30 days prior. Who can see it? How are you going to remove somithing that is already soaked in the ground? My personal opinion is that you should be able to bait everything in every state for any animal other than a bear. Unless they become a danger to the community.
