Help with food ideas?

I am from southwestern pa, and we hunt behind my uncles house in a very large woods. My question is, What types of plants/grasses can I plant that will grow?

We have clearings throughout the woods to plant stuff, but I'd like to have my own few smaller food plots around our hunting area.

Some things we thought of are Indian Corn. And earlier this year, I bought some stuff from Gander Mountain and planted it. it was like a mixture of clovers and things, it actually grew.

What is good to plant in woods and a climate like pa's?

Turnips!

Deer LOVE the turnip tops, either one red or white, they both work great!
