How well does that Chicory hold throughout the winter? I meant to plant a couple of plots last year and run out of time. We're starting earlier this year to get the plots ready and will sow in late Feb, early march. I wanted to sow a Chicory / clover mix. I know the clover will hold thru the winter here, I didn't know about the Chicory....

If sowing in FEB.or MAR. the plant may germinate a little slow but should be plenty mature to survive the Winter.
