i wouldn't think its too late. especially where you live. ive never planted that hot spot before so i cant help you out there. but once you figure out how it does you can pass that info on to us.

I've never ever planted a food plot for deer BUT I have done some research on the subject and after way TOO MUCH reading and asking some other folks in New Jersey and Pennsylvania who have planted food plots,,, I'm convinced that the Mossy Oak Bio-Logic products are probably your best bet.

whitetail institute makes some good products i like "no plow" great for the woods and very little work

thanks for the info. i planted 2 weeks ago and we had 2 days of rain. i was going to get that no plow but the walmart didnt have it
