Fairly new to food plots myself. Best advice I can give is get a soil test done. I have made this mistake & was just throwing money away
You can even get a soil tester & do it yourself then fertilize accordingly
If there is good dirt you can go most anything depending on what you call a lot of rocks. You also need water & good sun
Remember when posting what may seem innocent to you may not to others,
text shows NO emotions so please,,, don't take it personal & automatically go on the defense.
