An Easy Game Plot

11 days ago a friend and i used a broadcaster to spread 150 pounds of feed oats on about one acre. Then we used a tractor and brushhog to knock down the tall grass. We got a decent rain 6 days ago. Theres some native grass coming up too. i fertilized the plot today.

Did you disc it or just seed on top of the ground? If the oats will grow without any soil prep that is too easy. Looks good

We seeded on top the ground and then brush hogged the grass. Never done that before but it seems to be working.
