Can all fish be battered and fried? I've never done trout on the pan just grilled and baked. Bass, walleye, perch, etc I have battered and fried but is it just those types of fish the batter/fry method works with? HM?
TG, trout and salmon are two fish that I don't batter.
If i had to eat a trout , the more crispy the batter the better,
then i might like it
It makes it more crispy and defo better
