Today I went fishing at a pond on the other side of town, and the first bass I caught was 18", but you know how a bass's teeth r tiny and curved so it doesn't hurt to lip them well this one had weird teeth that went straight up so when I liped it I had hundreds of tiny holes in my thumb. I thought the hook got me so i grabbed the bass with may other thumb, not the best move ever. Any way has anyone else ever seen or heard of this before?
Not to question your knowledge of fish but are you sure that it was a bass? I've never had a bass poke holes in me but the teeth have made little tiny scratches in my thumb.
ive had bass tear me up a little more than you'd expect especially if they have any weight to them, and ive seen a few were the "sand paper" is more exaggerated but im not sure how much your talkn about here.
