i read that a 24lb lake trout was caught in my resavoir i fish i had to check it out.its true the guy is sending scale ssamples to the dec to age the fis i caught one slightly smaller today 4lbs ,but hes gonna be mighty tasty tomorrow i cut him into steak put them in the ziplock olive oil,onion garlic salt pepper and lemon juice and water marinate over night hit the grill tomorrow night:wink:
I used to fish for trout in the streams though and they sure do taste great when grilled.
it was tasty
nice fresh ones are good or any fish that was caught that day is great major differnce in taste over store caught( had a friend that would tell his old lady he was going fishing for a nite/weekend and by trout or a samon at the store befor he came home.):surprised:
