grubbin on fish

we had a fish fry over at my house the other day. mmmmm. crappie, bass, and some blue gill. the elder fisherman that was here filleted the crappie. we just cut the heads off the bass and blue gill and fried them in the skillet and dug our teeth in. homemade cole slaw, hushpuppies and fries. it was one good heart stopping grease feast. but you talk about some good eating.
