Have started seeing the stream fisherman out for walleye. The rivers are all over the banks in Ohio and makes for poor and dangerous fishing. This year may be a very poor river spawn. Its raining like heck right now at 1:am.

Year round on a lot of the streams I fish. some have winter time catch and release regs that were over in March. I have been a couple times already and cain't wait to hit the water again.
