Very nice pike! I fish Canada every year around Hearst Ontario. We have been lucky to pick up some nice fish in the 20-25 lb range. I lost the trophy of a lifetime right at the boat, over 30 lbs. He had 5-6" between his eyes. It looked more aligator than fish. When I try to describe the fight of a big pike to someone I always tell them its like throwing a rope on the back of a jeep and try to stop it. Big pike usually make three strong runs then are just about done. What a thrill. I compare a 45"-50", 25 lb pike to a trophy buck, both are great trophies. Nicely done!!!!
