Looks like its Alabama in the National Championship!!
Florida is not in a good position.. Their fixing to drop to #2 AL.
As long as Texas can beat Nebraska later on tonight it will be Alabama and Texas for the National Championship game..
Roll Tide.. I mean Roll SEC!!
Suck it up Tebow.. Dont cry on National TV!!!
Texas and Nebraska on now. Neb is playin tough. Their up 6-0 in early 2nd quarter action. If Texas loses its gonna mean Cinncinatti is in the Champsionship game. Never thought I would see that in my life time..
This is the only time I'm a Nebraska fan. Glad to see Florida loose!:ibtl:
Looks like Alabama vs Texas for National Championship
And then what Ohio State and Oregon playing..
Im guessing Cincy playing Florida..
And TCU playing who???
Isnt the bowl selection later on tonight??
Its going to be on TV tonight.
Cincy and Florida, Cincy better have its best game face on or its going to be lights out. Ohio State and Oregon in the Rose bowl should be a good game.
I was glad to see Flordia lose. I'm a PSU fan all the way. They play LSU at the Capital One Bowl.:thumbdown:
I'm not sure who I'd rather have win the Rose bowl becuase PSU fans don't typically like Ohio but it would represent the Big Ten well if they did.
I would have liked to see TCU play anyone other than Boise State. Wanted to see them stacked up against a powerhouse team. Oh well you cant have them all. TN made a bowl game.. Woo HOO.. They prob get spanked playing V. Tech though. Their good.
The way that Texas played that 'championship' game, they certainly didn't play like they were the top #2 or #3 team in the nation. I'll give Nebraska kudos for playing such tough defense, but Texas has (or had) one of the top offenses in the nation and should have done a whole lot more 'damage' to Nebraska than one TD and a couple of field goals.
Alabama certainly came to play when they played Florida. I watched the game in SC with my outlaws (oops . . . that was supposed to be in-laws), and was certainly cheering for Big Red. Alabama seems to want this national championship more than Texas does at this point, but Texas still has a couple of weeks to get their minds back into the game.
Whoever wants it the most on the 7th of January will be the ultimate winner.
May the best team win!
Bad as I hate to give the devil his due, I'd hate to play Nick Satan when he had a month to devise defensive schemes. McCoy better bring stain remover for his uniform, 'cause he'll probably be on the turf more than once.
