No crops on this property all grass and thick vegetative cover. Great trails around entire property make anywhere easily accessible and great to move deer along the tree lines. Currently all surrounding fields outside the property are also grass except the field in the SE corner is a bean field. This property is within city limits and is considered an urban zone. Therefore, this is an archery only lease.
