Gender Neutrality...

Well as I browsed around on YAHOO! today I noticed a story that is making headlines. In Sweden, they are trying to neutralize the difference between boys and girls. Basically, they are trying to STOP calling boys "boys" and girls "girls". Makes me want to throw up.

They say that separating the two genders does all sorts of harm to a child's growing up. This is quite possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard of.

In fact, I believe it to be EXTREMELY important for a boy to know he's a BOY and a girl to know she's a GIRL. That's why our world is the way it is now. They no longer have Adam and Eve as mom and dad, they have Adam and Steve or Eve and Ava. Comon'... seriously? Kids are going to be damaged if we call them a BOY or GIRL? This whole thought process is idiotic and rediculous.

Now, don't confuse this with gender EQUALITY... That's not what I'm saying. I believe all boys and girls are equality in God's eyes. But when you are trying to stop little kiddos from knowing they are a BOY or GIRL you are stepping on God's toes. If God wanted it that way, he would've given boy and girls BOTH REPRODUCTIVE organs- WHICH HE DID NOT- never has and never will. God intended there to be a difference between boys and girls. Boys grow up to take care of their family and be the hierarchal (sp?) leader of the marriage. Woman have just as much importance but the Bible explains they are to be a matriarchal (sp?) leader in the marriage. If this doesn't happen, then (excuse my language here) all hell breaks loose.

I challenge you to find ONE, just ONE kid, teenager, young adult or even adult who is Gay, Lesbian or Bi-sexual whose parents weren't off their rockers in some way shape or form. I GUARANTEE you, at some point these kids were exposed to divorce, gay/lesbian or bi-sexual relations by their parents or some sort of abuse (whether it's physical, emotional, verbal, or drug-related.)

Comon',,, it's time as parents we wake the heck up. The fact that someone is ignorant enough to spend time trying to attempt to study young children in the way of not calling them boys and girls anymore is stupid in itself. Rediculous and down right UN-Christian.

You are absolutely correct. God made man and woman. He made them unique and DIFFERENT for a reason. This is most of the reason we are in the pickle we are in. Everybody thinks if the rule of God doesn"t fit I'll just change it so
I like it. Well how does that work??? Our life is crazy and insane about half the time and we"re now going to make the rules??? How's that work for you???? Has anybody changed anything except for the worse in this world???
Perfect example: PA exacts gambling in this state to raise more MONEY for their various projects, at the bottom of the advertisements for various gambling casinos is: Addicted to gambling call 1 800 I'm an idiot for help for your addiction. This is insanity, not only are they not making the projected revenues but now we have more crime and health care to provide.
It's a slippery slope and getting worse. The answer to a lot of things may depend who gets into office in Jan 2013.
