Exclamation hmmm

ok so i had a lot of deer in the past but it seem like after the deer season was up they all were gone and i started hearing coyot sounds and tonight me and my brother ryan started back in the woods it only sounded like maybe 10 to 20 of them so we get back there and we hear somthing moving in all directions and its black out and they are coyotes and we both have like 2 foot blades we canda stood there and waited for a attack so we could beat the crap out of them and we waited and nothing happened they just kept moving around us and after like 15 min.s we start moving back tords the house what the crap just happened can anybody help us!!!!!

If it was coyotes they wouldn't even hang around you that long enough once they got a wiff of human scent. We don't smell like rabbits, squirrels, mice, deer, etc. Possibly just checking the area to see what was making noises then ran out of there when they caught scent.
