I use an epic cam. It takes two triple A batteries and up to a 4 gb SD memory, it takes pretty good video but I have to be sure to keep spare batteries with me because 15 mins straight video on new batteries and their dead. But anyways point is these small cams suck up battery. You'll run your battery dead well before you run out of memory.
But I looked at that lid cam and it looks like they use a pack battery said good for 3 hours straight record time. I might need to do some more checking on that myself, but I like how I can put mine straight on my bow, rifle, shotgun, or use my hat clip and not stuck to just my hat. Don't know how that one turns on n off but if it's like mine and you have to push a button to start it, with it on my weapon it's close to my hand so I have little movement to turn it on.
